Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience.
• Keyboard/data entry and PC experience.
• English language proficiency.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and courteously.
• Ensure patient registration is completed accurately and on time.
• Data entry as needed and maintain patient records.
• Call clients to confirm handwritten orders and verify billing information.
• Handle inquiries by phone and in person.
• Maintain required documentation and reports.
