The registration associate acts as an expert resource to all staff within the department and the CBO, related to the processes associated with registering patients, referrals, and worker's compensation pre-authorizations. The Registration Associate demonstrates a service orientation that consistently aims at exceeding client expectations, and which contributes positively to a greater working environment.
