Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtains demographic, third party payer information, financial information, and identification to schedule or register the patient for services.
• Obtains authorization, referrals, and collects payments as required.
• Complies with HIPAA and EMTALA regulations.
• Documents activity in the patient management system.
