HonorHealth is seeking a motivated Registration & Scheduler to join the Primary Care-Dynamite team in Cave Creek, AZ. This role handles patient access, scheduling, and registration duties, and supports imaging workflows as needed.

The position requires strong customer service and accurate data entry, with HIPAA compliance at the forefront. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a healthcare setting (2 years preferred), a High School Diploma or GED, and may need a Fingerprint Clearance Card

Qualifications

• 1 year in healthcare related field and knowledge of medical terminology, or scheduling/registration experience.
• 2 years in healthcare related experience including scheduling and registration preferred.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required or eligibility within 7 days of employment; BLS certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Acts as first point of contact, greets customers and directs information.
• Answers calls, retrieves voicemails, and forwards information appropriately.
• Performs scheduling for procedures and tracks no-shows as applicable.
• Performs registration tasks, creates electronic records, collects signatures and payments.
• Maintains patient charts and communicates with physicians and billing as needed.
