Role Overview:

As a Patient Registration Representative, you are the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. You'll manage patient registration, insurance verification, and cash collections, while advocating for patient needs. Your work directly supports clinical and non-clinical teams, contributing to a smooth and compassionate healthcare journey for every patient.

What You Will Do:

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and in writing.

Preferred:

• One (1) year of experience in patient admitting, registration, or insurance verification in a healthcare setting.
• EPIC training or experience.
