You'll support our clinical and non-clinical teams by managing patient registration, insurance verification, and cash collections. Your role is vital in creating a positive first impression, streamlining operations, and advocating for patient needs, making a direct impact on their care journey.

What You Will Do

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to meet or exceed customer service standards over the phone, in person, and in writing.

Preferred Qualifications

• One (1) year of experience in patient admitting, registration, or insurance eligibility in a hospital or medical office setting.
• EPIC training/experience and familiarity with insurance payor systems.
