Qualifications

• 3-4 years of supervisory experience in a hospital setting.
• 1 year familiarity with third party payor approval and collections (preferred).
• 1 year familiarity with established clinical review criteria (preferred).
• 2-3 years management in a hospital or medical setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate daily activities of patient registration at St. Joseph's and Candler Hospitals.
• Promote high levels of customer service and maintain quality while patients are in-house.
• Review quality and quantity activity using reports; coach and retrain as needed.
• Manage training plans, schedules, evaluations, and feedback-driven improvements.
• Review and approve/deny PTO requests; ensure adequate staffing and open communication.
• Improve monitoring of registration data quality and coordinate with Patient Accounts/Insurance Verification.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure integrity of payroll records.
