Qualifications

• 5-7 years in hospital registration, revenue cycle, or physician office operations.
• EPIC experience in Patient Access Operations preferred.
• Prior management or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Patient Registration staff and operations to deliver service excellence.
• Schedule staff across shifts to meet patient volume demands.
• Provide registration support across departments including evenings and nights.
• Ensure training and resources are available for success.
• Collaborate with clinical and revenue cycle leaders to drive goals.
• Monitor registration quality, collections, and productivity metrics.
