Responsibilities

• Register/pre-register patients in a timely manner with minimal waiting time.
• Obtain accurate and complete patient information for the registration process.
• Complete medical record requests within department guidelines.
• Document payer information, patient issues, and communications in the computer system.
• Ensure correct forms are filled out and signed for each registration and payer-related forms.
