• Maintains confidentiality of personal and financial information.

Responsibilities

• Collect and verify patient identification and insurance information.
• Ensure documentation is complete and all forms are signed.
• Update patient accounts with personal and financial information.
• Record payments and issue receipts for services rendered.
• Maintain office inventory and assist with administrative tasks.
