Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers appropriately and provide courteous service.
• Ensure patient registration is completed accurately and on time.
• Data entry as needed and verification of billing information.
• Handle inquiries by phone and in person and collect payments when applicable.
• Maintain records and comply with HIPAA and company policies.
• Assist with monthly statistics and basic clerical duties.
• Report to supervisor and complete training and special projects.
