Job summary

You will support patient experience by answering questions, coordinating with departments, and ensuring accurate data entry.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, and the ability to work full availability including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a computer, copier, fax, and scanner.
• Ability to multi-task and work with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect demographic, employment, insurance, and current medical information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and determine up-front collections if applicable.
• Answer telephone and respond to patient questions/concerns to ensure prompt resolution.
