Mohawk Valley Health System is seeking a Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk - Medical Arts to assist with patient registration in the Epic system. You will collect required information, explain forms, and ensure accurate data entry across 50+ fields.

Responsibilities include handling cash, delivering friendly service, meeting productivity and quality goals, and supporting a busy medical office environment in New York. Prior healthcare registration is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior healthcare registration experience preferred.
• 1 year of medical office, hospital or medical insurance related experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Obtain and enter information for 50+ data fields.
• Use interviewing techniques and scripting with patients or representatives, in person or via phone.
• Provide positive customer service interactions face-to-face, by phone and by email.
