Trinity Health MI Grand Haven Hospital is seeking a part-time Patient Registration Clerk to greet patients and families, register for hospital services, and perform clerical tasks with accuracy and kindness.

Evening shift opportunities include 10:30am-7:00pm or 2:30pm-11:00pm, totaling 24 hours per week. The role emphasizes confidentiality, superb customer service, and teamwork within a compassionate faith-based health system.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with courses in business and computers.
• Ability to read, write and speak the English language effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• One year of medical office experience preferred with understanding of medical and insurance terms.
• Able to type 50 wpm, error free.

• Demonstrate excellent customer service.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Count and balance cash funds and write appropriate an accurate receipt.
