• High School Diploma preferred.
• Preference given to applicants with advanced degree.
• 1 year of healthcare, behavioral health, dental, customer service, or relevant administrative experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage scheduling resources for patient appointments.
• Verify insurance eligibility and pre-authorization requirements.
• Coordinate pre-registration review for insurance verification.
• Communicate with patients and care teams through multiple channels.
• Enter patient data and create new profiles in the electronic health record (MySEARHC portal).
• Refer uninsured patients to Financial Counselor and Health Benefits teams as needed.
