Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain and enter information for 50+ data fields accurately.
• Use scripted interviewing techniques for information gathering in person or by phone.
• Provide positive customer service in-person, by phone, and via email.
• Complete facility forms and witness patient signatures.
• Handle payments including cash.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality goals.
• Escalate or correct edits/errors from work queues or reports.
• Perform other duties as required.
