Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain and enter information for 50+ data fields.
• Use interviewing techniques and scripting when obtaining information in person or by phone.
• Provide positive customer service in all interactions (face-to-face, phone, email).
• Explain and complete facility forms before obtaining and witnessing patient signatures.
• Handle payment collection activities including cash handling.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality goals.
• May be assigned to work edits/errors in designated queues or reports.
• Perform other duties as required.
