Responsibilities

• Enter and verify admitting/registration information accurately.
• Explain hospital regulations, visiting hours, and charges.
• Escort patients to the appropriate department as needed.
• Maintain confidential patient records and documentation.
• Coordinate with departments to support efficient patient flow.
• Provide clear, respectful communication with patients and families.
• Support staff meetings and training as required.
• Complete work independently within normal supervision.
