Palouse Medical Group, part of Pullman Regional, seeks a Patient Registrar to manage appointment scheduling and patient registration, verify insurance, and collect demographics. The role emphasizes professional communication and accurate data entry in a fast-paced clinic environment.

The position supports clinicians and staff, ensures smooth check-in/check-out processes, and maintains data integrity while delivering compassionate patient care. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Competent in computer skills including Microsoft Office products.
• Strong typing skills and speed.
• Comfort in answering phones and speaking with customers.
• Ability to manage time, tasks, and resources appropriately.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to patients, providers, and staff.
• Handle appointment scheduling and patient registration.
• Collect and verify patient demographics and insurance eligibility.
• Assist with patient paperwork and data entry; support clinical staff as needed.
