Responsabilidades

• Handle referrals from providers or patients and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Collect and enter patient demographic and insurance information.
• Verify insurance eligibility for all new patients and register them in the system.
• Schedule appointments per physician guidelines and communicate changes to staff.
• Enter all related authorization and correspondence into patient charts and billing systems.
