ProgressiveHealth of Indiana, LLC is seeking a Referral Liaison to join our Washington, IN outpatient orthopedic clinic. This full-time, in-office role operates on a weekday, day-shift schedule, focusing on identifying and contacting new patient referrals and scheduling initial appointments.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience, preferably in customer service or clerical work, with strong communication and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Previous customer service or clerical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Process and distribute incoming appointment referrals
• Coordinate with patients to schedule initial appointment within 48 hours
• Document all contact attempts and lost referrals
• Follow protocol to minimize contact attempts for unscheduled referrals
• Schedule walk-up evaluations referred by neighboring physicians
• Enter scheduled appointments in EMR and attach referrals for review
• Answer telephone and return voicemails promptly
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
