Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and inquiries related to outside referrals and route to appropriate staff.
• Verify insurance coverage and discuss out-of-network or self-pay options as needed.
• Coordinate insurance pre-certifications/authorizations as required.
• Enter referral information into the Practice Management system.
• Follow up with referring offices to confirm scheduling and patient visits.
