Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Proficient in planning, organizing and data entry tasks.
• Excellent Microsoft Office and basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide general office support in the clinical area and deliver friendly, accurate service to patients.
• Process patient referrals and related paperwork daily and ensure timely routing.
• Handle phone calls promptly and record messages for the appropriate provider.
• Forward lab results, office notes, and patient correspondence to the referral organization.
• Assist with monitoring scheduling, missed appointments, and updating the electronic health record.
• Support other departments as needed to maintain smooth clinic operations.
