Job summary

One Health Ohio is seeking an organized office support specialist to assist in the clinical area and provide excellent customer service to patients. This role handles calls, manages referrals, and ensures documentation is filed accurately in the patient records.

Responsibilities include patient check-in/out, updating insurance information, maintaining daily records, and supporting front desk operations across locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Front desk general office support in clinical area and provide good customer service to patients and customers.
• Handles phone calls promptly and directs messages to the correct Provider.
• Ensures referrals and related paperwork are completed daily.
• Records lab results, notes, and patient communications with referrals.
• Assists with scheduling and rescheduling missed appointments and updating the EHR.
• Supports other departments such as front desk as needed.
