Agiliti Health, Inc. is seeking a Hospital Service Technician I to manage equipment within hospital environments. You will deliver and service patient-ready equipment, communicate with clinical staff, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, solid customer service experience, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and 24/7 support is essential.

Competenze

• Customer service experience is required and hospital setting experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, plus emergency off-hours.
• Ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods.

Mansioni

• Delivers equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
• Communicates with clinical staff on equipment features and functionality.
• Provides quality service, meets company and customer metrics, and ensures equipment is maintained to standard.
• Picks up, cleans, and processes all equipment, preparing it for patient-ready use following protocols.
