Agiliti is seeking a Hospital Service Technician I to manage equipment flow in a hospital setting. You will deliver patient-ready equipment, communicate with clinical staff, and ensure service quality to meet metrics.

The role requires a high school diploma, customer service experience, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are expected to support a 24/7 schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred, hospital setting is a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Delivers equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
• Communicates with clinical staff about equipment features and functionality.
• Provides quality service and meets customer and company metrics.
• Picks up, cleans, and processes equipment for patient-ready use following protocols.
