Agiliti Health, Inc seeks a Hospital Service Technician I to manage equipment flow in a hospital setting. You will deliver equipment to patient rooms, communicate with clinical staff about features, and ensure services meet quality metrics.

The role requires a high school diploma, customer service experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required; hospital setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours.
• Able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Be able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Picks up and delivers equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with accessories.
• Communicates with clinical staff about equipment features and functionality.
• Provides service that meets quality standards and company metrics.
• Days, evenings and weekend scheduling to prepare equipment per protocols.
