WORKING NURSES HEALTHCARE is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to help the sales and intake teams manage patient referrals and onboarding. You will ensure timely entry, coordinate scheduling, and serve as the primary contact for patients and referral sources.

You'll provide administrative support, maintain accurate referral documents in the EHR, and collaborate with sales, intake, and marketing to confirm details and improve patient experience.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare intake, scheduling, or home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and review incoming patient referrals for timely entry.
• Coordinate with scheduling and clinical teams for prompt visits.
• Serve as primary contact for patients, families, and referral sources.
• Provide administrative support: manage referral docs, track statuses, ensure paperwork is complete and compliant.
• Communicate with Sales Team and Marketers to confirm referral details.
• Act as liaison between sales and intake, updating onboarding progress.
