Two years nutrition or related area education preferred.
Associates degree in Dietetic Technician or Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Food Service Management preferred.
Experience using electronic medical record and nutrition software preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet patients daily to gather meal/snack selections and enter into meal management system.
Process guest meals and changes in time/place as requested.
Update orders in EMR and meal management software to reflect rehab and quality of life goals.
Monitor and support quality control standards in nutrition services.
Collaborate with Medical Nutrition Therapists and other staff to ensure consistent nutrition care.
