CentraCare Health in Saint Cloud, MN, is seeking a full-time Pediatrics support role in CentraCare Plaza. The position offers day shifts from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with 64 hours every two weeks.

Starting pay is between $22.85 and $34.25 per hour, with tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available as part of benefits. Qualified candidates will have at least a high school diploma and 3–5 years navigating complex healthcare systems, plus EPIC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3–5 years of experience navigating complex healthcare systems.
• Awareness of barriers for uninsured and underinsured patients preferred.
• Knowledge of social services and community resources at local/state level preferred.
• Experience using EPIC EMR to document patient encounters preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills preferred.
