Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in early childhood systems of care or disability-related activities.

• Knowledge of early childhood developmental diagnoses (speech delay, autism, global developmental delay).
• Bachelor's degree preferred; strong communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Spanish-English bilingual skills strongly preferred and familiarity with Excel and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake for developmental evaluations and review current services.
• Help families identify therapies and services while awaiting evaluation.
• Assist with intakes, mailings, scheduling for additional services.
• Register children for developmental screening activities.
• Conduct follow-up calls with families after screenings.
• Enter and track screening data and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with organizations and personnel to support families.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Supervisor.
