This role functions as a hybrid between a Medical Assistant and a Medical Administrator—supporting providers with direct patient care tasks while also managing scheduling, documentation, and coordination of services. The Patient Navigator helps patients access the care they need, guides them through the healthcare system, and ensures efficient clinic operations.
