Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide mobility interventions including safe bed mobility and transfers.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) focusing on mobility independence.
• Communicate all pertinent observations to the responsible RN.
• Perform basic patient care skills under the direction of the RN.
• Maintain quality assurance and infection control in accordance with hospital policies.
