Qualifications

• Ability to use business software and POS systems.
• Must be able to learn food handling regulations and pass certification tests.
• Effective customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients to obtain or discuss menu selections.
• Edit patient menus and prepare production sheets.
• Lead in patient tray assembly and ensure menu compliance.
• Deliver meals to patient rooms as needed.
• Coordinate with dietary, nursing, and food service staff during evening/weekend shifts.
