Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assembles patient meals and trays per approved diet guidelines.
• Delivers meals to patient rooms and transports food carts.
• Operates cash register and handles transactions in cafeteria as needed.
• Performs cleaning duties in kitchen and cafeteria per sanitation procedures.
• Assists with catering events and daily specials presentation.
• Prepares snacks, beverages and patient food items per recipes and portions.
• Stocks and replenishes supplies in retail and kitchen areas.
• Delivers patient trays to nursing units and doctors' lounges.
• Monitors food temperatures and safe handling to prevent foodborne illness.
