Job summary

TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital is seeking a Patient Catering Associate to support patient meal service, tray assembly, and delivery in a busy hospital unit. You'll work with a compassionate team to ensure dietary needs are met and patient satisfaction is high.

The role involves menu processing, tray preparation, and coordinating with dietitians to address patient food concerns. A high school diploma or GED or relevant TriHealth experience is required.

Qualifications

• This position requires a high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience; alternative is 1 year in TriHealth Nutrition.
• 1-2 years experience in a related field are required.
• Able to read and perform basic math calculations, reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient meal service and assist with menu selections.
• Process menus, assemble trays, and deliver/pick up patient meals.
• Disassemble dirty trays and assist with food preparation and special requests.
• Communicate patient food issues to the dietitian and nutrition supervisor and support dietitian with fluid intake tracking.
