Qualifications

• Able to read and perform basic math calculations.
• Reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and service patient trays and related units within time guidelines.
• Operate dish and pot/pan areas and deliver carts following sanitation procedures.
• Keep work areas stocked, cleaned, and sanitized per HAACP standards.
• Demonstrate teamwork and flexibility; mentor new employees.
• Prepare and deliver patient nourishments and late trays as needed.
• Provide courteous customer service.
• Complete cleaning assignments regularly.
