Job summary

TriHealth in Cincinnati is seeking a Part-time Food Service Worker to support patient meal setup, tray assembly, dish and pantry operations, and cleaning of dining areas in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Able to read and perform basic math calculations.
• Reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Works assigned position on tray stations placing appropriate items on trays neatly, accurately and deliver carts to floors all within time guidelines.
• Works assigned position in dish unit, pot and pan, or cart delivery using PPE'S, correct sanitation procedures all within time guidelines.
• Work area and equipment properly stocked, cleaned and sanitized according to established department standards and HAACP.
• Teamwork and flexibility. Is flexible to meet department needs. Picks up extra time, works over when needed. Mentors new employees.
• Prepares and delivers patient nourishments, floor stock, late trays and other requests in accordance with established procedures.
