Nicklaus Children's Health System in Ohio is seeking a Food & Nutrition Services team member to support patient tray line operations, deliver meals promptly to patient rooms, stock supplies, and maintain clean workstations.

You will follow diet orders, assist with room service, verify patient identity, and ensure safety and sanitation standards while delivering compassionate service to patients and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service and CBORD system is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers warmly and provide service, maintaining a customer-first attitude.
• Assist with room service delivery, assembling trays according to service tickets and diet orders, within 60 minutes.
• Respond to patient and family needs with a positive attitude and clear information about menu options.
