Job summary

Atlantic Health in Morristown, NJ is seeking an entry level Food Service Attendant to prepare and serve meals in hospital dining areas, assemble trays, and assist on the tray line. You will interact with patients, ensure food safety, and help restock and maintain kitchen areas.

Qualifications

• Entry level position, HS Diploma or GED/Equivalent required or will obtain within 1 year of employment.
• Preferred: at least one year of food service or retail customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers meal trays for patients, restocks items on workstations, and washes and sanitizes utensils.
• Interacts with patients to take meal orders and deliver trays in a courteous manner.
• Monitors food quality, temperature, and safety across patient and retail dining areas.
• Restocks products for patient use and maintains cleanliness of the tray line.
