Brown University Health at Newport Hospital in Newport, RI, is looking for a patient meal service associate. You will assemble, distribute and recover patient meal trays, keep kitchens clean, and perform dishwashing duties to support efficient meal service.

Shifts are early, with per diem hours. You will follow food safety and customer service standards while assisting in meal delivery to various patient populations and upholding department policies. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $25.82 per hour.

Qualifications

• Required knowledge is usually achieved in grammar school.
• Duties require ability to use simple tools and follow simple instructions.

Responsabilités

• Assembles, distributes, and recovers patient meal trays.
• Maintains clean kitchen, cafeteria and unit kitchens.
• Operates dish and pot & pan machines safely and records temperatures.
• Completes mandatory education and adheres to policies.
• Supports patient meal service for child, adult and geriatric populations.
