Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of general work experience OR current enrollment in a college/program.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Commitment to patient safety, food safety, and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and deliver patient meal trays accurately according to diet orders.
• Verify patient identity before meal delivery.
• Communicate dietary needs to nursing staff and support team.
• Deliver snacks, supplements, and enteral products as needed.
• Ensure meals meet quality, accuracy, and timeliness standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines.
• Stock and rotate food and supplies; maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
