Job summary

Adams Memorial Hospital in Decatur, IN is seeking a Nutritional Services Technician for PRN coverage. You will prepare hot and cold menu items for patient and cafeteria meals, assemble trays, and help with opening/closing duties of the cafeteria.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.
• PRN schedule with every other weekend.
• Requires extensive standing and some heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold menu items for patient and cafeteria.
• Assemble patient trays and obtain meal orders.
• Communicate prescribed diets and maintain kardex.
• Operate cash register and serve customers.
• Receive and store vendor deliveries; maintain sanitation standards.
