Qualifications

• Data entry and general computer knowledge including e-mail are required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures; write routine reports.
• Ability to perform basic math and compute ratios and percentages.
• Ability to operate hospital food service computer systems; prior experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive patient satisfaction by rounds and listening to concerns, resolving meal-related issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Deliver meals and late trays accurately and on time following identification protocols and dietary guidelines.
• Assist patients with the meal ordering system and advise on modified diets per nutrition plans.
• Support foodservice operations by stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and preparing items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment with proper sanitation.
