Qualifications

General knowledge of modified diets and proper food handling.
Customer service experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Guide patients through the meal ordering process using a computer system and ensure selections align with prescribed diets.
Verify patient identifiers during meal delivery and confirm patients have what they need.
Round on patients and nursing staff to identify and resolve foodservice concerns and assist with service recovery.
Assemble and deliver trays according to therapeutic diet guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
