Job summary

Bayer CropScience Limited in Whippany, NJ is seeking a Patient Marketing Director for Asundexian to drive patient activation, adoption, and continuity of care at launch. You will lead data-driven engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and compliant messaging across Bayer’s ecosystem.

The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and project ownership with exposure to legal, medical, and regulatory teams in a fast-paced launch environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of US pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing experience.
• Direct experience in patient marketing, including strategy and execution.
• Launch experience in US pharma or healthcare.
• Agency or agency management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across US and external functions.
• Experience partnering with Legal, Medical and Regulatory for compliant messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop the patient marketing launch plan and business cases with prioritized opportunities.
• Identify patient populations with high risk and unmet needs and execute campaigns.
• Lead initiatives translating patient campaigns into field assets and communications.
• Partner with advocacy relations and PR to raise awareness and education.
• Collaborate with patient services and market access for affordability solutions.
• Coordinate with Digital Strategy to design high-ROI omnichannel programs.
• Foster relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Legal, Medical and Regulatory to ensure compliance.
• Manage timelines, budgets and deliverables to meet launch milestones.
• Monitor industry trends to refine strategy.
