UVM Health - UVM Medical Center is seeking a Line Chef to prepare and cook meals for patients in a fast-paced healthcare setting. You will follow recipes, ensure quality and safety, and collaborate with Nutrition Services to support patient dining operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, ServSafe certification (or within 90 days), and at least two years of experience in a high-volume food establishment.

• Minimum of two years experience in a fast-paced, high-volume food establishment.
• Able to read, speak, write English; basic math; weight/measurement conversions.
• Familiar with culinary terminology and production techniques.

• Follow recipes, portion standards, and production schedules.
