Qualifications

• Culinary Arts training preferred; ServSafe certificate required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in quantity food preparation.
• Five years of supervisory experience in high-volume institutional or commercial food service.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Hands-on role requiring meal preparation several shifts weekly.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Line Chefs and Prep Cooks for cold, hot foods and desserts.
• Coordinate, prepare, and complete meals for patients, staff, visitors, and catering needs.
• Train, direct, and supervise kitchen staff and assume duties if the manager is absent.
• Help achieve cost, quality, and regulatory objectives in line with policies.
