Gundersen Health System is seeking a Patient Liaison to join the Oral Surgery and Dental Specialties team in La Crosse, WI, with some remote flexibility depending on clinic need. The role blends customer service with healthcare support, handling in-person, phone, and digital interactions to aid patients through their care journey.

Starting pay is $17.93/hour, with increases based on experience. A High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year of office customer service experience are required.

Join Emplify by Gundersen Health System as a Patient Liaison in our Oral Surgery and Dental Specialties team! Are you passionate about making meaningful connections and creating positive experiences for patients? This is your chance to blend customer service with purpose—supporting patients at every step of their healthcare journey including in-person and telephone interactions.

Location: La Crosse(home base) with occasional travel to Onalaska and Winona. Some flexibility to work remotely, depending on clinic need.

Shift: Monday–Friday, with one rotating day off each week. Hours vary between 6:30am-5:30pm
