Job summary

Gundersen Health System is seeking a part-time Patient Service Associate for the Onalaska Urgent Care in Wisconsin. This 0.5 FTE role features a rotating schedule with evenings and weekends and a starting hourly pay of $17.54+ based on experience, plus shift differentials for PMs and weekends.

You will greet and assist patients, verify demographics, confirm insurance details, and explain financial responsibilities before admission or discharge.

What's Available
  • 0.5 FTE (40 hours bi-weekly)
  • Rotating 6-week schedule with evening and morning shifts. Typical shifts include 5:15 PM to 10:15 PM and 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
  • Every other weekend rotation.
  • Location: Onalaska Urgent Care
What you will do
  • Provide customer service to internal and external customers.

What you need
  • High school diploma or equivalency.
  • 1 year of experience in a support or customer service role.
